RESTORATION OF PETERS ICE CREAM FACTORY

TIZZONE Manufacturing was commissioned by Hutchinson Builders to assist with the restoration works of the 1920’s heritage-listed Peter’s Ice Cream Factory. TIZZONE fabricated the replacement steel windows and doors for the South, East and North elevation, from the ground level up. This also included the steel doors for the art gallery shop on the ground floor.
The restoration project is part of a larger scale development, West Village. West Village is set to become one of Australia’s most lively inner city urban renewal projects. The precinct will include a bustling retail hub, lively green spaces, eclectic laneways and 332 apartments.

This prestigious home in Yates Avenue, Ashgrove, was recently renovated. TIZZONE Manufacturing was commissioned by Tano di Mauro for the fabrication of the steel windows and doors. The windows selected were a combination of fixed panel and awning opening, with bi-folding doors.
